Paying dues to the late Gerry Anderson, who died in December 2012. He was the inventor of much of our childhood (albeit with acting more wooden than Coronation Street). From Stingray through to Captain Scarlett & of course Thunderbirds..
Gerry himself collaborated with the makers of the game to ensure it had the authentic feel of the show.
While the game might have been missing the 1960’s strings, it scored very well in reviews. The game was laid out like 4 episodes of the show, each episode giving you 2 members of International Rescue to work with, helping people out of various sticky situations.
Maybe my only gripe was that you didn’t actually get to fly any of the actual machines, which i think was an opportunity missed, seeing as the show is named after them..
